The space
Welcome to the heart of the Sauerland!
Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the basement of our house and offers you your own entrance as well as access to the spacious garden, which can be shared by arrangement – ideal for relaxing after an active day in nature.

The apartment is quietly located in the center of Bredelar. Shopping, forests and fields are within walking distance. In just 10 minutes you are at the Diemelsee, in 20 minutes in the holiday resort of Willingen – perfect for nature lovers, sports enthusiasts or those seeking relaxation. And: The gym is only 100 m away – with us you stay in motion if you like.

🛏 Your accommodation
You enter the apartment via a separate entrance on the side of our house – all to yourself.
Inside you will find:

a cozy living and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed
a dining table with a window view of the garden
a practical kitchenette, ideal for preparing small meals (microwave) or cold dishes
a coffee machine so you can start your day with a little boost 😉
pleasant cool temperatures even on hot days – ideal for summer due to the basement location

Spring – Wanderlust & Bike Adventure
When nature awakens in the Sauerland, the ideal time for hikers and mountain bikers begins. Right outside the door are the Diemel hiking trail, the "Bergbauspuren" route and many guided hiking tours around Lake Diemel. The Brilon Trailground offers great routes for beginners and advanced hikers.

Summer – lake, sun, saddle
From Easter onwards, things get busy around Lake Diemelsee! Stand-up paddling, pedal boats, barbecue donuts on the water – it's never boring here. The well-known bike parks Willingen, Winterberg and Greenhill offer fast descents and lifts for bikers – all easily accessible. Perfect for sporty couples, friends or families.

Autumn – colors, silence & enjoyment
In autumn, the Sauerland shows its magical side: foggy fir forests, golden colors and clear air. The hiking trails are particularly attractive, and even quieter guests now enjoy relaxing days with warm tea in the garden or sauna in the evening.

Winter – Winter sports & well-being
Only 20-40 minutes away are the Willingen ski resort, the Winterberg ski carousel and fantastic cross-country ski trails. If you prefer it quiet: In Marsberg there is a cozy sauna for less than 10 euros – small, fine, relaxing.

Neighbourhood highlights

Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of fields and forests. Directly adjacent is the hiking trail "Bergbauspuren" and other great routes.
The Diemelsee is so close that you can go swimming in the morning to wake up even before you have breakfast.
Many of our guests also use the village gym. It is only 150m away and we are happy to take care of the access.
