Our lovely guest flatlet is a newly renovated private entrance ground floor ensuite space which sleeps 2, with exclusive off street parking.

Tea & coffee making facilities included, along with a kitchenette including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and sink.

The gorgeous Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a pub. The train station is 5 mins walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 stops on the train.

For the adventurous you can hire our tandem at £30/day.

The space
The room has a newly installed ensuite and new central heating, so is ideal for holidays throughout the year. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The room is light and airy as it is double aspect.

The bedroom is a really comfortable space, with a flat screen TV on the wall, and tea and coffee making facilities. this includes ground coffee and a caffertierre.

If you are travelling with children please let us know as there is only a double bed in the room currently. We cannot unfortunalty provide any other bedding so we kindly ask if you can bring bedding (blow up mattress and sheets/duvets etc) with you. If you are travelling with children of course you are welcome, we just need to know in advance to clear the space- for your information we would have to remove the dressing table and chair.

We have ultra fast up to 66mb Fibre Broadband, and will let you know the password on arrival.

The bedroom is double aspect so it's light and airy.

There is access to your own kitchenette including a sink, hob, oven, microwave for heating food if you need to. There is also a mini fridge which guests have exclusive use of, along with a toaster.

You can hire our tandem at £30 per day. We can't supply helmets but we can supply a bike lock. There is a lot of coastal cycling to be had, in particular the Viking trail which is about 32 miles circular route details of which are included in a leaflet in the room. A tandem is a great way to explore the area and is surprisingly easy to get used to.

The 32" TV has a firestick which will allow you to log in to your own Netflix/Disney etc.

We live in a very quiet and secluded cul-de-sac. The neighbourhood is very quiet and private. Minnis Bay beach is only down the road, there are restaurants, bars, ale houses, newsagents all within walking distance. For the more adventurous, a brisk walk to Reculver Towers (Roman Fort) along the sea wall is about a 7 mile round trip. A cycle ride on our tandem to Reculver is a lovely way to spend a few hours. Please note hire price.

We always ensure that between guest stays we deep clean the room as much as reasonably possible bearing in mind the current situation. We can also highlight the fact that guests can self check in without any interaction with us, maximising the social distancing rule.

The sandy Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a cafe & a pub. The train station is 5 minutes walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 on the train.
