In a beautiful top location, very quiet and right on the nature reserve - our house invites you to relax.

The guest area has its own access, a fully equipped shower toilet as well as two bedrooms and a kitchen - in total, it is an apartment on about 40 cozy sqm. The park-like property with its large natural pond, small beach and stream create a great quality of stay that we as owners enjoy every day.

The space
The guest area with a total of two rooms has its own access and a fully equipped shower bathroom with toilet. It is an independent 2-room apartment with approx. 40sqm.

Both bedrooms have almost brand new beds (1.60 x 2.00m). Space for laundry is in a large dresser and wardrobe. A large folding table is available for dining in the apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator and oven as well as many shelves, coffee maker / kettle and utensils.

Bed sheets and towels are provided. In the garden all seating and toys can be used. Please do not feed the chickens and ducks in the pond.

The apartment is suitable either for single use (room can be chosen) or for up to four adults, who each want to sleep in a double bed. We can also provide a side mat for small children (tried and tested ;).

Parking (4) is ample. Shops within walking distance. The center of the "Rosenstadt" is 10 minutes away. Excursions to the North and Baltic Seas are super possible. The train to HH Hbf runs 25min.

A walk through the directly adjacent recreational area of Langes Tannen to the Mill Café is almost obligatory. Further tips for excursions can be found in our guidebook and of course we also advise on site.

The Rosenstadt Uetersen offers an extensive leisure and recreational program and has an excellent infrastructure. Almost 600 weddings take place in the "wedding city" with almost 20 thousand inhabitants - that says a lot - we find!

Our house is in the best location of Uetersen.

Wir sind beruflich beide in der Kommunikation tätig und freuen uns natürlich über jeden Austausch mit freundlichen Gästen ;) Unsere Jungs sind gespannt, ob auch andere Kinder anreisen und natürlich begrüßen wir unsere Gäste immer persönlich. We are a four-person Franco-German family, like to travel as welll and have fulfilled our dream in 2017 with the purchase of the quiet property. Since then, a lot has happened and it is constantly invested and lovingly equipped. We are both working in the communication and are of course happy about every exchange with friendly guests ;) Our boys are curious, if other children arrive and of course we welcome our guests person.
