Scottish Farmhouse on the edge of the village of Minishant, 5 mins drive from Ayr. Short term lets licence SA-00175-F. House contains 5 rooms & lge breakfast kitchen. Recently been upgraded with a new fully fitted kitchen & the dining room & lounge having a complete makeover. New double glazed windows and doors fitted over the last couple of years. Ample parking in private landscaped courtyard, gardens with rural views over fields. Gated courtyard provides good security for children and dogs.

The space
A spaceous, relaxing, former farmhouse located just 5 mins from Ayr, in the middle of 'Burns' country. Good communications to most major cities, close to the major golf courses of Turnberry and Royal Troon, plus numerous other golf courses throughout the district.
An easy short drive to many stunning sandy beaches, Culzean Castle, Dumfries House (owned by the Princes Trust), The Farm Park, Many good restaurants plus a large quantity of other family attractions. Dog friendly, direct access to park ideal for dog walks.

Guests have private use of the house, gated courtyard and gardens, including private parking for several cars.

My wife and I lived in this area nearly all our lives. We have owned Kewnston for the last 26 years and enjoy living here in this beautiful part of the country. During that time we have enjoyed hosting guests from all over the world, with families from Australia and South America meeting up for re-unions. We love the outdoor life, walking our family dogs and taking time to enjoy the surrounding countryside. By profession I am a Garden Designer and horticulturist. Delivering clients the garden of their dreams is very satisfying and rewarding work.
