A gorgeous adult only garden apartment set on the prestigious La Finca Golf. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining area, kitchen, veranda and private garden, it’s the perfect location to spend a relaxing holiday. This apartment has an enviable location, benefitting from direct access to the main pool from the front porch and lucky enough to have a second small pool accessed from the rear garden.

The space
Located on the prestigious La Finca Golf, our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 4 people. It has recently been decorated and is newly furnished. It is better suited to the quieter, older generation due to its tranquil location. Unfortunately this listing is unsuitable for children.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer and washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle and toaster.

The lounge area boasts 2 new relaxing sofas, air conditioning, free fibre optic WiFi, smart TV with IPTV, Xbox 360 with games, dvd selection and various board games. There are sliding patio doors leading to the veranda and private garden.

There is one double bedroom with en-suite and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, have fitted wardrobes and free standing drawer sets.

The community has secure parking and is gated.

Guest access
You will have access to all areas. This is the only community with 2 pools and our apartment is the closest to both.

Grocery welcome packs are available to purchase upon request.

Arrivals after 6pm are charged an out of hours fee of 20€.

Please bear in mind the air conditioning is expensive to run. We ask that you keep all windows and external doors closed whilst using the air conditioning. Excessive electricity use will be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets due to family allergies.

Please leave our apartment as you find it. Extra cleaning will incur additional fees.
