Beach Front Community. Just a minutes walk across A1A to private beach on the Atlantic Ocean. A few minutes walk to the Intercostal Private Marina. Sleeps up to 4 comfortably. Heated pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, boat slips and of course the beach. Enjoy best of both worlds fishing & boating or sunbathing at the beach. Pet friendly community & beach !!! Pets ok w/ approval & fee. A 5% County tourism tax will be collected after booking. A $25 registration fee is required by the office .

Take a stroll on the pristine private beach, and watch the beautiful sunrise, drop a line in the water from the private marina (fishing license apply), launch your boat or kayak at the private ramp, watch the manatee and dolphins, workout at the tennis court, and enjoy community activities at the clubhouse and heated pool. Play pool in the game room and enjoy the pool side charcoal grills.
