RESTORED 1921 Studio Apartment Building in addition to modern amenities located 1 BLOCK WEST OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN THE COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA AND DOWNTOWN KANSAS CITY. Entire studio apartment provides a pleasant escape in an enchantingly quiet neighborhood in the middle of downtown KC. It is about 500 sq.ft. with a full-size kitchen and bathroom. You will enjoy the experience of staying in a landmark historical, residential neighborhood

The space
The studio is very spacious making a long term or short term stay comfortable. You will need to use a flight of stairs to enter the building and 6 more stairs to the first floor. This unit is on the first floor. Once inside there is living area with a double bed, one twin bed, two large closets, bathroom with a claw-style bathtub/shower, kitchen with stove, fridge etc. Your welcome to use anything in the apartment.
