Stunning modern apartment right on the beach with unlimited views of the sea and beach. 20 minutes outside of Brighton. Spend a relaxing weekend in this beautiful apartment situated directly on the beach, with a whole wall of glass windows facing the continually changing view of the sea and sky. You have easy access to Brighton, Worthing & Shoreham by train, bus and car. Pop downstairs for an early morning breakfast or bring your coffee back to the balcony to enjoy the stunning view.

The space
The apartment has a 15-metre run of floor-to-ceiling windows facing directly out to sea, which open out onto an outdoor balcony. The property is situated within an eco-building with triple glazing, ensuring that it’s quiet inside.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area give the air of space and tranquillity, with wonderful views of the seascape. There are three separate bedrooms to the back and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The living space has a large smart TV with all the apps you need installed (your own account is required)

One bedroom has a Kingsize bed, two bedrooms have two single beds.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessed by steps.
It is not suitable for loud parties, stag or hen dos - we ask that all guests be respectful of everyone.

Guest access
The apartment is self contained and the guests have access to all parts. The balcony is segregated from the other apartments by planters. Guests have access to the on site gym, a key fob will be left in the apartment for gym access. There is a large car park adjacent to the Green where you can park for £4.40 a day ( pay via Ringo app location 39706)

Other things to note
The apartment is above the award-winning Perch on Lancing Beach, so we strongly recommend booking via our website as it can get hectic on weekends and over the summer. Occasionally, we hold an outdoor cinema event, and the best view is from the balcony. There is a kite surfing school on this beach. There is also paddle board hire/lessons in the Summer months. There is a local pub and Greek and Indian restaurants, all within walking distance. Worthing is less than 2 miles away and there are restaurants & cafes of every type, a large shopping centre, a museum, 2 cinemas, a theatre and a well-stocked library. There is a local hospital with an A&E department less than 2 miles away.

Brighton is easily accessible by bus or train.

Just so you know, the TV facilities are 'Catch Up TV' and Netflix, live TV is not available, apps are installed, but you will need to have your own account.

There is a Sauna available on the beach, search for 'Seaside Sauna Lancing' to book.

We provide 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. We have beach towels available for a small charge to cover extra laundry costs.

Lancing is the largest village in the UK and it has a large and sprawling green which connects the beach to the main road. The coastal path is beautiful and offers safe walking and cycling. Just 10 minutes from the apartment is Widewater Lagoon, an internationally rare brackish lagoon, and the only known location of the probably extinct Ivell's sea anemone. The South Downs are very close and also provide great walking and brilliant views. The beach is well known for it's kite surfing, providing ideal conditions, there are very few days in the year when there isn't a brilliantly coloured kite flying across the waves. Immediately north of the developed area is Lancing Ring, a Nature Reserve, part of the former Sussex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and the newly established South Downs National Park.
