Steps away from Fremont Street with its amazing restaurants and attractions, yet the unit faces the mountains so you get a quiet sleep. I previously lived on the side facing Fremont Street and the strip. It is so noisy at night! This is a much quieter unit.

Huge comfy couch that will easily sleep 2 adults if needed. 58" flat screen with Netflix, Amazon Prime, fast wifi, all amenities you could need.

1 parking spot available for guests but I can arrange for another if required.

The space
The condo is just coming off a remodel! Spacious and has great views of the mountains. The building has a rooftop terrace and pool/hot tub that overlooks the strip and downtown.

Kitchen has all new appliances and everything you will need to cook for guests!
