Check-out: If it is before 11:00 am, it does not matter at any time.
We are sorry, but we can not store the package after checkout time.

【The rules of shorten or change the dates】
・If it is within 48 hours after reservation is confirmed and more than one week before check-in.
→Acceptable. You will not be charged for the shorten or changed dates.
・If it is less than one week before check-in.
→Acceptable, however you will be charged for half of the number of days shortened or changed.
【Bulky Waste Disposal】
Illegal disposal of items larger than 30 cm (including suitcases, small furniture, and appliances) may result in additional disposal charges.
If you wish to discard any such items, please make sure to contact us in advance.
[Check-out Time]
If you are unable to check out on time,
the following additional fees will apply
• Up to 30 minutes late: ¥3,000
• Up to 1 hour late: 100% of the cleaning fee
To allow us to prepare the property for the next guests, please check out on time.
