The home has been thoughtfully renovated, keeping many of the original design and architectural elements. The decor is carefully curated with unique artwork and eclectic touches everywhere you look. The Schoolhouse sits on 1.67 acres across the street from the pristine, spring-fed San Marcos River in the town of Martindale, Texas.

The space
Martindale schoolhouse is guaranteed to make you never want to leave. Great for spreading out for privacy or gathering with friends and family in the common areas. Enjoy the great outdoors in front or back to breathe in the fresh country air and take in the beautiful design esthetics and seating areas. The back veranda has an outdoor fireplace to gather around for those cooler evenings. Your experience will be magical at the Schoolhouse no matter the weather. We are close to Austin and San Antonio but feel so far removed. Come stay with us and see what the hype is about.

We work really hard to keep bugs away but the home is a 100 year old historical building located in the country. We apologize in advance if you see any bugs.
