Cottage No 2 is a spacious self catering cottage over two floors with lots of wooden features and a tiled floor. It has a kitchen area, a dining area and a living area where you can watch TV in front of a built-in fire - IF you happen to be visiting in winter. There is ample room for four people and if you rent the adjoining Cottage No 1, you can be a party of six!
Wi-fi is available as a matter of course.
All guests have access to our swimming pool.

The space
Casa de Campo de Oliveira has three holiday cottages which have been lovingly converted from existing farm buildings using a local architect and builder. They are rustic in style with local wood used in abundance to create a unique rural holiday experience here in unspoiled central Portugal The cottages share communal areas where there is ample room for relaxing in your own quiet corner, having a BBQ and just chill while looking at the far reaching wonderful views across the countryside. Our self catering holiday cottages are situated near Penela in Central Portugal, close to unspoiled countryside, river beaches that are suitable for swimming and historic world heritage sites. It is only 50 minutes from the lovely long white beaches of the Silver Coast and within half an hour of Portugal’s stunning third largest city - the university city of Coimbra The capital city of Lisbon and the city of Porto are just a train ride away or 1.5 hours by car.

Horse riding, hiking, kayaking, river trips and spa days are all available locally and can be arranged. There is plenty to do and see and something for everyone!
