With tall ceilings, floor to ceiling windows a high end fully equipped kitchen and modern minimalist decor this home is a find. It is walking distance to points of interest, the best galleries and shopping on Queen West & Ossington Ave. It is a luxurious minimalist urban oasis. Do not hesitate to book.❤️

Plan your perfect city get away, special event or business off-site in this fully renovated loft space directly in Trinity Bellwoods Park, you're own private oasis. This home is 820 square feet, and it is situated in the heart of Queen West. Restaurants, bars, fashion, parks, juice bars, and float tanks are all at your doorstep! Within the home are hand-selected, eclectic, art pieces I have collected over the years while travelling the world and I am looking forward to sharing the joy of this home with other world travelers.

This is a premium home and is truly one-of-a-kind.

The suite is in pristine, fully renovated and in brand new condition. Please take immaculate care of my home as I have presented it to you.

The kitchen is equipped with a modern white L-Shape kitchen, breakfast bar, soft-close drawers, gas stove and brand new appliances. This kitchen is fully stocked and has all the kitchen essentials you need.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable, luxurious new queen size mattress and 660 - Egyptian cotton sheets. It is heavenly. I provide soft down-filled pillows.

The bathroom is brand new & very clean. There is a rain shower head with great water pressure and separate hand held shower head. There is a window that overlooks the park as well as a skylight which provides plenty of natural light. Showering while in the Trinity Park? Where can you find that?! The bathrooms are equipped with all the luxuries you need (ie fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper etc).

The apartment is perfect for business travellers, individuals and couples.

This home has east, west, and south facing windows. You get sunlight throughout the entire day. You can even watch the sunset!

If you need parking, you can retrieve a street permit pass for your stay. Please purchase at the City of Toronto website for approximately 15$/night or 24$/week and print it out before your stay.

Only the guests listed on the reservation will be allowed to stay inside the home. I will be checking in all guests personally and taking government photo ID of each guest upon each booking. Please, no extra guests without my consent.

The suite overlooks Trinity Bellwoods Park. There is no shortage of things to do in the area. Art galleries, The Drake, Trinity Bellwoods, Gladstone, vintage shops, furniture stores, cafes, restaurants, nightlife, sports complex, parks, and transit are all within walking distance!

Everything you need is within walking in one of the safest neighbourhood in the city. You are located in Trinity-Bellwoods Park, one of Toronto’s largest and most iconic green spaces. There, you can find a community recreation center (indoor pools, fitness center, indoor walking/running track, and multi-purpose rooms), a volleyball court, a playground, several tennis courts, and an outdoor skating rink in the winter. It is the perfect spot for some indoor or outdoor activities, depending on the season. You can also enjoy a lot of green spaces to go on a nice walk or simply sit down and enjoy the view from your exclusive terrace.

Ossington Avenue is a place full of energy and home to many amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I personally recommend you to stop by Pizzeria Libretto, Bellwoods Brewery, and Union. If you are interested in art and culture, you are in the right spot. You will find some of the best art galleries in the surroundings.
