Entire property (85 m²), former farmhouse dating from the early 1800s, self-contained, adjoining our house and a second gîte (no direct neighbours). You will have a private, enclosed outdoor area facing south, measuring 25 m² (with a barbecue, table, etc.).

Ideal for 4-6 people.
(8 beds that allow you to sleep separately)

IMPORTANT: CLEANING NOT INCLUDED
Please leave the cottage in the same condition as you found it when you arrived (dishes washed and put away, rubbish bins emptied, dirty laundry in the basket, bathroom and toilet cleaned, etc.). A cleaning service is available on request (€50). An inventory will be carried out on arrival and departure. Deduction from the damage deposit if the payment terms are not complied with.

Any electricity consumption in excess of 50 kWh/day will be subject to an additional charge. (At EDF rate) Meter read (on/off)

Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided FREE OF CHARGE. (It is FORBIDDEN to sleep on the bedding; failure to comply with these rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.)

We are in the countryside and it is not impossible that you will find some small critters such as lizards, wasps, frogs, squirrels and mosquitoes… who live their lives.
A Bernese cattle dog and a Labrador live with us. They don't enter your private space. They're all very nice.
