I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.

The space
I bought this apartment after having visited as many as 60. Its peculiarity immediately jumped into my eyes: a magnificent and surprising veranda with two large windows, entirely decorated in that particular oriental style typical of the early decades of the 1900s.
All bedrooms and the living room have ornate ceilings and antique original flooring.
In summer the apartment is very cool thanks to the many openings in the house.
In winter, on the other hand, an excellent recently installed heating system makes the apartment very warm and comfortable.
The first bedroom, with a large window, opens onto a patio, with lots of ancient prints hanging on the walls and a very comfortable double bed..
The bathroom, decorated in a style inspired by the '70s, has a beautiful bathtub, where you can relax after long walks in Palermo. For those who like to take a refreshing shower instead, I gladly make my bathroom available with a large and comfortable shower.
I willingly make the kitchen available for breakfast and small meals. No fried food please!
In the house there are also two terraces, one large and one small.

You have access to a private bathroom with a bathtub. In case you would like to use the shower, you can safely use my bathroom with a large shower compartment.
The kitchen is at your disposal but only for small meals, snacks and breakfast. You will always find tea, coffee, sugar and small snacks.
