Our space has 27 square meters, the environment is divided into living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom without hot water. Close to Manauara Shopping (only 100 Meters), City Center and other general points of commerce such as the Vieralves neighborhood, with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and bars, all oriented to follow government protocols to combat covid, also has good delivery service.

The space
Our house is located in the Nossa Sra das Graças neighborhood, where we have lived for more than 10 years, it was renovated in 2018 and has been undergoing improvements since then, it has independent entrance. Soon after entering it you will have access to a comfortable room, with table/chairs, air conditioning and rug, perfect for the moments of study and reading, as well as ease of use of notebook, iPad, etc. The room has a bookshelf with a good collection of varied books (Philosophy/Administration/Literature), some CDs and DVDs that are at your disposal, it also has a double bed, hammock for napping or sleeping, Smart TV and DVD.
In the kitchen we have a refrigerator for you to keep that acai wine cold, microwave for you to heat up your food, and a stove to learn to prepare a delicious tambaqui stew. The bathroom is large and has a washing machine, in addition to a great shower to cool down in the heat of Manaus, we do not have hot water.
