Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present.
This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy.
This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!

The space
We enjoy animals but we have had some guest abuse the privilege. So I would like to say that- as long as your dog does not just look out the window all day and bark, must be friendly and we would appreciate them not to be on the furniture. Well trained pets only or crated. Thank you
This unit is not made for more than 4 people. There is a fee of $25 per person per night over the 4 persons.
There is a pet fee of $35 per animal. This is for the additional cleaning we will always do to prepare for our next guest. This is payable in cash or we can send you a payment request through Airbnb during your stay. This is a one time fee per visit.

Guest access
You have the use of the laundry in the 3 bay garage. There is a full work out area and plenty of toys and beach items, as well as beach towels, chairs and mats. We would love for our guest to walk around and enjoy the property. The house has a wrap around porch that is part of the experience as well.

Other things to note
There is a fee if you bring a dog or dogs. Dog fee is $35 per dog. This covers the additional cleaning we will always do to prepare for our other guests. Any additional guest over four is an added $25 per guest per night
There are no unannounced parties/get togethers.
We are all about good times and respect for others.

Neighbourhood highlights

This property is tucked away right off the main drag of everything! Because this log home sits on 8 acres and is surrounded by trees-you would never know that you are so close to so much. Port Orange Pavilion is 5 min away-filled with over 30 stores and restaurants. There is also a movie theater. Walmart, Starbucks, Target, Lowes, Panera Bread, Waffle House, McDonalds, Kohls.....all only 5 min away. This all all outside of the Pavilion shopping center-in there, there is Marshalls, Home Goods, Belk, Shoe Carnival etc.
If you go about 10 min South on Nova Road you run into a Go-Cart place with batting cages
