Lonny(left): Andy and I moved to the Central Neighborhood in 2000 because of the great architecture, location and close proximity to parks, lakes and greenway cycling paths. We completely renovated the property and have hosted lots of visitors over the last 12 years. As Airbnb hosts, we look forward to meeing new people, and sharing what we love about Minneapolis. I am Personal Performance Coach and part time glass artist and painter. There are lots of examples of my work through our home as well as the work of other artists, Altman, Peter Max, Rutter and variety of painters, potters and glass artists.
We have 2 small, non shedding dogs; a Westie and a Yorkie Schnauzer mix. They are great fun and will be happy to see you as well as welcoming your dog if you are traveling with one.
We are located on Park Ave. 4 blocks from Powderhorn Park, the Swedish Institute, and less than 1 mile from Minneapolis Institute of Art. The Guthrie Theater, Warehouse District and downtown and Uptown are all within 5-10 mins. drive or a short bike ride. The bike lane runs in front of our house and the Greenway is 2 blocks away.
We are also happy to put you in touch with previous house guests so you can get a first hand experience of being a guest here. Its one thing coming from me, another coming from our guests. There have been many. I have traveled extensively for the last 20 years and know how important having comfortable accomodations can be. We will go out of our way to make you feel right at home.
