A modern second floor apartment set within historic Albion House (circa 1880). Located on the seafront with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, parking and train station. The apartment has a spacious open plan area with full kitchen, dining table and comfortable seating as well as a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet room. The latest safety features have been incorporated including a fully integrated fire and sprinkler system.

The space
New to market in 2019, Albion House is a newly renovated house and is designed for all year round use with gas central heating and laundry facilities. The house comprises of 4 self contained one bedroom apartments. If you are travelling with friends and require more than one apartment, please enquire for rates.

The apartment is accessed through a beautiful communal tiled lobby and original staircase. The apartment is self contained with individual keys for the sole use of the guests. This flat is on the second floor providing far reaching views of the coastline and Cardigan Bay.

The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has all modern kitchen facilities including hob, oven, extractor, kettle, toaster, fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A TV, wifi and bluetooth speakers provide the setting for comfortable relaxing evenings. There is a dining table and a sofa. Also chairs in the large bay window provides a perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by and observe beautiful winter sunsets.

Within the bedroom is a utility cupboard, that includes a washing machine, and an ensuite shower room. An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are within the apartment. All linen and towels are provided.

The area around Albion House has extensive parking, both free and paying. A free car pass is provided for the main paying car parks in Barmouth so you don't need to worry about paying for parking. The pass includes parking for the car park directly opposite the house.

No pets or smoking is allowed within the property.

Barmouth is a great location for summer beaches and for walking and cycling in the Snowdonia area.

Barmouth nestle's between the sea and the hills and is perfect for exploring the Snowdonia region whilst still retaining the comfort of town facilities. Barmouth boasts beautiful blue flag beaches and is a popular seaside location, with crabbing off the harbour and paddle boarding available, there is something for everyone. The house sits at the start of the Mawddach trail which is a beautiful flat estuary trail for cyclists and walkers. For the more adventurous there are plenty of hills, we are a short drive from Cader Idris, a great climb, and 10 miles from Coed-y-Brenin a fabulous mountain cycle centre. Great location for beach lovers or those who have an outdoors adventurous spirit.

My husband and I moved to the Barmouth area in December 2015 to enjoy the incredible walking and cycling that the area has to offer. We love to be outside all year around and enjoy the dual nature of this area, very active and bubbly in the summer and more sedate and serene out of season.
