NEWS: Eloise of Haydon Homes & Properties has listed Runnymeade For Sale, my 30 acre property, with it's famous, quirky self cont Garden Studio B&B. Comfortably sleeps three, an arty open plan sunny Studio, cathedral ceiling, timber floor, Moroccan rug, piano, antiques & curios. 5 mins to Murrurundi Artists village. Gorgeous, charming garden setting - North end of town. Full Kitchenette, TV, ensuite, deck, sensational views of mountains. Super Getaway. I hope the new owners restart my B&B.

The space
The Studio is private and in a beautiful country setting. Rolling lawns, lovely stables, gorgeous garden, friendly horses to pat and stunning mountain scenery.
Home away from home with quiet country atmosphere. Guests don't like leaving.
The outlook from the Studio is picture postcard drop dead gorgeous! Just wait and see. Pick up some local wines & cheeses from HunterBelle Muswellbrook and sit on the Studio deck to wind down. One hour to Boutique wineries near Denman. My Studio lists 'whats on' in Murrurundi and the Upper Hunter and includes my top picks for eating out, walking, viewing or leisurely drives through country scenery including Sunflower season on the Liverpool Plains.

I am an active well travelled person and enjoy mixing with interesting people of all cultures and persuasions. I am open minded and enjoy good humour. I love the village atmosphere here in Murrurundi. It is an active artistic community and I have immersed myself in the art and culture to satisfy my creative passions. Apart from horse riding I have taken up painting, singing, writing, acting and getting involved in other local events like our Opera Recitals, Art Prizes, Photographic Exhibitions and major Horse events. I stay 'curious' about everything and have a satisfying and busy life! I love my Home, Garden and Studio and because it is'picture postcard drop dead gorgeous'. Come and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Gilly x

During your stay

I like to welcome you, settle you into the Studio and leave you to your privacy. I am always available to help with anything so just drop back to the Homestead and ask. It is a 12 hectare property so there's lots of space to roam. We totally respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your own time in the country.
