Bright & cozy private room with comfortable queen bed and a bathroom located right across the hall. The basement is shared with 1 other tenant but the bathroom is privet for guest. The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked and available for your use. There is a small common area downstairs with a futon which you are welcome to use. There is also a hammock in the backyward which is perfect for enjoying our beautiful Colorado weather.
