Expected heating costs since October (detail in "The space")

The space
The farmhouse, immersed in silence, stands at the edge of a forest in which we are creating (but in part already made) a path for walks and mountain bikes for direct contact with nature. For those who are accustomed to the wear and tear of modern life, it will be an immersion in relaxation, peace and tranquility.
It has recently been completely renovated to preserve its original footprint dating back more than 300 years.
The heating system is brand new and in winter the house heats up in just a few minutes; all the wooden and custom-made fixtures are equipped with mosquito nets and blinds or dark ones.
The rooms are furnished with care and attention to comfort, the kitchen has been made to measure and art by an expert carpenter and is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, hob and oven.
This home is from a 300-year-old farmhouse and has been completely renovated. Exposed brick vault and stone walls. A little favor box.
We live in the farmhouse next door and have a passion for genuine cuisine, we often make pizzas, focaccia and cakes in our wonderful wood-burning oven; my husband delights in the garden and wine and I have fun with jams and preserves... you will feel at home with friends.
You will be able to go to the river (15 min) and the sea (60 min).
Starting in October and throughout the winter period, we ask that heating costs be recognised, according to the consumption measured by meter.
Currently the cost (all inclusive) is €6 per cubic metre, the resulting amount will be paid at the end of the stay.
