Spacious, light, self catering annexe 5 mins walk from the beach, dunes & Fishermans Return Pub, perfectly located to visit the seals at Horsey.
Perfect for walkers, birdwatching, cyclists & visiting the Broads, Yarmouth’s amenities and events 10 miles.
NO EV or charging at this property. Nearest fast charge, Tesco’s at Caister (6 miles).
NO smoking or vaping on property, use green outside front gate.

Self catering private separate annexe comprising of front garden for your sole use, private front entrance, Bedroom, open plan Kitchen, Dining, Sitting area and full Bathroom.
Guest access
As the only guests you have your own private front garden and Front door leading to your annexe. Enter into a large hallway off which is a large king size bedroom with 50" Wifi enabled Smart TV with Netflix, also off the hallway is the open plan Kitchen/ Sitting Room with 43" WiFi enabled Smart TV with Netflix, breakfast table and seating area. Bathroom with shower over bath.
Washing Machine.
Private off road parking space right next to the bungalow.

NO EV charging available or allowed at the property.
Nearest fast charge point is at Tescos in Caister (6 miles).
NO smoking or vaping in my home or garden but there is a lovely green with seating just outside my front gate where you can smoke.
Pets
Two small dog breed accepted for a £15 fee.
Please do not allow your dog in the bedroom or on the bed (baby gate provided).
Your dog is not be left alone in the annexe at any time unless agreed in advance with host. Dogs to be kept on lead at all times on the shingle drive and out on the green but can run free in the garden, dunes and beach at anytime, we have no restrictions.
When on the green please don’t allow your dog to pee or walk on the flower beds as the Winterton in Bloom ladies proudly tend these gardens.
All dog poo must be bagged up and put in the bin over by the Village Hall opposite the property which is emptied on a daily basis.
No other dogs must enter the property at any time.

Winterton-on-Sea is a picturesque coastal village, famous for its nature reserve and beautiful beach. The Village offers Post Office, Newsagent, small supermarket, our great pub Fishermans Return, Poppy’s Tearoom for a cooked breakfast or afternoon tea and cakes, excellent Fish and Chip shop and Seal View Cafe on the dunes with wonderful views over the sea.
There is a car park at the end of Beach Road next to Seal View cafe which charges £1.80 an hour or £7 for the day.
