Recently built, stunning, luxuriously furnished, and spacious water-fronted villas on the prestigious Rodney Bay Marina, all a very short walk from local amenities. The ideal holiday location, with most things that you need to complete your holiday within 2 mins walk. All the villas at this secure location are self-contained and benefits from the constant gentle cool sea breeze. With the beach being so close the pool is never crowded. FREE Netflix account for watching any movie of your choice.

The space
The property is in a semi-detached building, with access to a communal pool and water-front moorings. It is a short walk from most amenities, from shops to beach. This spacious water-front unit is all on one level, therefore no stairs to negotiate.

Guest access
Guest have access to their rented unit plus all communal areas and both electronic gates.

TOURS To make your holiday more interesting we have a list of recommended tours which can all be arranged for you upon request, before arrival or when in St Lucia. Our tour rep can visit you on the morning after arrival to orientate you with local amenities and tours.

TAXI TRANSFER - We can arrange airport transfer for you on arrival to help make your journey as stress free as possible (recommended). Our driver, Tony, will know the address of the villa and will be provided with the door key for weekend and late check-ins. If making your own way to the villa we will supply you with directions (as most streets in St Lucia do not have names) and make arrangements for key collection. We need you to complete our online Taxi Transfer form so that we have all your correct travel details. Should you wish to be collected by our driver please indicate this on the form and payment will have to be made before you travel.

CAR HIRE - If you are interested in car hire we are linked to a reputable car hire company and you can get a 10% discount if the booking is done through our web-site. Vehicles can either be collected at the airport or delivered to the villa.
