Lovely 3rd floor 1BR in historic Mt Vernon! Lots of windows, high ceilings, hwfls. Nicely furnished living room, dining room & bedroom. Renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Two decorative FPs, washer/dryer, heat pump and central air. One off street parking space. Walk to Inner Harbor, restaurants and museums! Guest agrees to a $1000 security deposit allocated against their original form of payment toward any damages caused to the unit, furnishings and/or property by Guest.
