The space
Located in a small quiet community “Cherokee Oaks” which is very easy to find. There are well maintained roads. Great area for walks with the children and bicycling.

Excellent location, the lake is just down the road one way and the entrance to Sequoia National Forest is only about 6miles the other direction with the town in between.

The house offers all the conveniences of home, with amazing views and serenity. No city lights or noise. A large rear deck with a gazebo to protect you from the sun and rain, a propane BBQ (propane provided), 2 tables , seating for 11. Inside you will enjoy cable television, DVD player, free WIFI, and a landline for incoming calls and local outgoing calls. There's a washer and dryer (we provide laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets). We spend a lot of time there, so it is very well equipped for cooking and daily life.

Large great room with a wood burning fireplace (We supply the wood on a seasonal basis Nov.-Feb.). A 65” 4G LED Smart television with Cable, DVD/VHS. The large widow and sliding glass door, allows you to enjoy the fabulous views. Just open one, or both, to hear the river flowing and get a nice breeze.

The dining area is open to the great room and kitchen. It has 3 large windows with amazing views of the river and mountains. The dining table can sit up to 8 people. There are 4 TV trays, and seating in the kitchen as well. There is also a highchair for the little ones.

The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
There is a microwave, dishwasher, oven, cook top, toaster, toaster oven, electric tea kettle, crockpot, electric hand mixer, blender, full size refrigerator with ice maker, some spices, coffee (decaf. & Reg.), tea, hot chocolate, creamer, sugar, sweetener, and then some!

The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, detergent and dryer sheets.

The master bedroom has a Cal King canopy bed, 55 inch 4G LED television with cable, sitting/reading area, and a sliding door to the rear deck. It has the same amazing views of the river and mountains.

The master bathroom one of my favorite rooms. It’s a large bathroom with dual vanities, separate shower and my favorite THE LARGE JETTED BATHTUB WITH VIEWS OF THE RIVER AND MOUNTAINS. I LOVE IT :).

The queen bedroom has one queen bed. 3 large windows the give lots of natural light. A 32’ LED television with cable.

The twin bedroom has a daybed, with a twin pull out trundle, a regular television with cable, and front jacks for games.

There is a twin roll away bed, and 2 twin mattress pads.

On the kitchen there is a binder containing a lot of information about the house, surrounding area, several maps, menus, and more.
