Cozy, quiet & clean whole house. Two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. High ceilings and an open floorplan. This is a relaxing and eclectic space.
Four blocks from downtown, 2 blocks from Stephen's College, five blocks from Columbia College and an easy 15 min. walk to MU. Ten min. walk to Roots N' Blues!

The space
This two bedroom house was built in the 1900's and was originally a Doctor's office and residence. Bedrooms are large and are set up with queen size beds and plenty of space for clothes and belongings. There is also a spacious living room with a new queen size sofa bed, a big screen TV and a large DVD library.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking with lots of utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes. The fridge is stocked with essentials.
The bathroom is newly renovated and has a walk in shower.
