In this loft-style apartment you will have a private retreat, while being steps away from the best Louisville has to offer. You will be right next door to 8UP rooftop bar, Mercury Ballroom music venue, 4th Street Live!, and many other bars, restaurants, and shopping boutiques.

The space
I have lived in this apartment for nearly 5 years, and have loved being in the heart of downtown, close to everything. The building has a rich history and some of the most beautiful spaces in the city. The apartment faces toward the courtyard side, away from street noise, and has balconies that overlook an outdoor patio. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all the best restaurants in town, but with the option to cook your own meal in the full kitchen.

I love living in downtown Louisville, which is quickly becoming become a destination city for world-class restaurants, unique distilleries, and Midwest southern charm. My favorite Louisville events are NuLu Bock Fest (a celebration of bock beer with goat races!), Forecastle music festival, and of course, the Kentucky Derby. I’m great at bar trivia, make perfect French macarons, and believe there’s always room for ice cream.
