The Nodaros Penthouse is situated literally, in the heart of zante town, at the central pedestrian zone, next to Saint Markos Square. The flat has a unique view of zante town centre. This is ideal for couples , families and friends. The guests of the flat will be exremely close to all sights of the town, such as, shops, bars, restaurants, museums, various services. The krioneri beach is only 300 metres

The space
Nodaros Penthouse is a 55m 3rd floor modern decorated residence, literally in the heart of the town, which can accomodate up to 4 persons, with a lovely 60m terrace , where the guests can enjoy their drink and the amazing view. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa which can be converted in a very comfortable double bed. In the bathroom you can find all the amenities, such as, shampos, shower gel, soaps, bathrodes, sleepers, towels and a hair-drier. You can also use a washing machine along with a drier, an electric iron and an ironing board. In the living room you will find a satellite T.V 43'' and some board games. In the kitchen area, you can prepare breakfast and other meals, as you can find all electrical appliances and utensils, such as, cooker with hotplates, oven, toaster, microwave, an espresso-cappuccino coffe machine, e.t.c . There are air-condition units in all the rooms. Finally, if you make a request you can also have a cot and children's meal seat, of course free of charge.
