The bedroom is 17m² with a double size bed (140x200cm) and single (90x200cm). Dressing, commode, office or table with sit and TV. The flat is 75m².
You can use all equipment and wifi.
Very quiet place and safe.
Deposit it's just a security if you steal, break, lost the keys and i need to change the lock of the door,...it's just for pay the damage.(if there is a problem during your trip the price of the damage only will be take by airbnb for me).

The street is very calm and safe, but, you can fine a lot of bars, restaurants, shops, monuments like arc of triumph, Champs Elysées, Trocadero, Eiffel tower, park, clubs, etc. around.
