We are in the neighborhood of the Agronomy and Veterinary Schools of the University of Buenos Aires.
if you are student, my house is perfect! you can just walk few blocks to reach them.
It is very wooded, quiet and familiar neighborhood.
The park of the University is of free access. You can walk, run, or ride a bike.
There are good restaurants, banks, churches, supermarkets, shops in the zone.
A few blocks far away there are several beer bars.
There are a shopping zone really nice near my house.
