Anne's Ville is in a residential subdivision where modes of transportation: cars, trikes, can conveniently be used.

Apartment can be reached from the main road with 10-minute walk through a secured pathway or a 5-minute trike ride.

The space
Anne’s Ville 2 is located on the ground floor of the apartment, it has its own toilet/bathroom and a kitchen.

We only provide multi cooker, rice cooker, microwave oven, water heater, personal ref and eating utensils in the kitchen. We do not allow guest to use Butane stove. We only allow small breed of dog. No standby genset incase of brownout but we provide emergency rechargeable light(brownout seldom to happen nowadays).

During your stay
Host's relative house is just infront of the apartment to allow easy contacting.

Host can also provide contact for transportation to allow a much more convenient way of going in and out the subdivision.

Car renting with driver for city and out-of-city tours can also be arranged with the host.

Mayon Volcano can be perfectly seen from our roof deck.
