The space

The apartment is located within a 4 star resort so our guests have access to the pools, gyms and tennis courts for a fraction of the price.

The apartment is comprised of 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms, an open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. This apartment has a spacious undercover terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine and is perfect for alfresco dining with its outdoor setting for 6.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, built in wardrobe and a TV. There is space in the room for a portable baby cot or a single size mattress for a child. Great for a group of 5 with children who do not wish to use the sofa bed.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and has a built in wardrobe. There is just enough space in this room for a portable cot if baby needs their own room.

The main bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, sink area with storage and a toilet.

There is an additional half bath with a toilet and sink area with storage.

The open plan living space features a comfortable lounge area with TV and DVD. WE have a selection of movies and books for your enjoyment. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner for heating/cooling.
The dining setting can accommodate 6. The adjacent terrace provides a setting for 6 if you wish to spread out a little.

There are 2 single sofa beds for larger groups of 5 or 6 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals for those times you do not wish to eat out. There is a full size refrigerator with freezer, ceramic cook top and oven and a dishwasher. There is a microwave as well as the usual smaller appliances such as kettle, toaster and rice cooker. We provide an extensive range of cookware, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc.

Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our apartment has everthing you'll need for a fabulous stay. Families are very welcome and we're equipped with everything you'll need for the kids including a selection of toys, books and DVDs. Please let us know if you will be requiring a cot and highchair for your baby.


Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is one of just 2 apartments on this level. Our guests will have the use of our entire apartment. A swipe card is used to access the building and the parking garage.

One secure undercover parking bay is provided free of charge. This is a standard size city parking space. If you will have a larger vehicle we can provide a parking permit for the visitor area however we cannot guarantee a space here as they are on a first come basis. Please advise us ahead of time if you may require the permit.

Guests have access to the complex swimming pools, gyms and tennis courts subject to availability. The apartment complex rules and standards for the use of these areas must be followed.

The apartment is privately owned and as such our guess will not have access to the reception facilities provided by the hotel.

Our accommodation caters for quiet family holidays or business travellers. It is located between residential apartments and we appreciate your consideration and respect for our neighbors. For your security the entrance to the property is monitored by cameras and a swipe card is required to gain access.

1. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.

2. This apartment is completely non-smoking including the balcony.

3. Check in (from 2pm) and check out (by 10am) times must be strictly adhered to unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. You must notify us of the total number of guests staying (including infants and children of any age). Please be prepared to verify on arrival. Only those guests on the reservation are permitted in the apartment.

5. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This includes infants and children. One infant under the age of 12 months can be accommodated free of charge if sharing a bed with the parent/s. All other guests are subject to the 'Extra Guest' charge. Children must be fully supervised at all times.

6. No pets.

7. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guests responsibility. Please inform us immediately of any damage/breakages.

8. Lost keys and/or swipe cards will be charged to the guest.

9. Please lock all doors when you go out. For both safety and consideration of the environment, please turn off heaters and air conditioners when you are not in the apartment.

10. The apartment must be treated respectfully and left in a clean and tidy manner at check out. The cleaning fee is to prepare the apartment for your arrival. It should be left in the same condition as you found it.

The apartment had everything we needed. THere were lots of toys for our 3 year old to play with, plus a cot for our baby. It was clean, well presented and just what we needed in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

We spent 2 weeks in the boronia apartment with two young children (5yr & 9 months). It was ideally located for the city centre (15min walk) and kings park. The apartment was extremely well equipped with full kitchen facilities and a wide range of toys. There was some unexpected extras like pool towels, tennis rackets, cooler bag for bbqs and a great basic starter food pack (eg. Bread, jam etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we had a query with the apartment Gavin could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to help out. They were excellent hosts!!

As others have said, the apartment is very conveniently situated a 15-minute walk from the CBD and walking/climbing distance from Kings Park, with free buses just outside for travel within the city. It was comfortable and well-equipped but the flat was very dark and we needed all the lights on even during sunny days and no sun entered the balcony (you may notice that the lights are on for the main pic). Gavin came quickly to sort out a problem we had with the internet. A good place to stay but we would have expected a change of bedding and at least one apartment clean during our 11-night stay.

This is a great apartment, and as others have mentioned, it is exactly like the photographs listed. There is plenty of room for a small family to stay comfortably and the location is excellent - just a few minutes walk from the CBD and the local parks and is very convenient for free local transport too. The apartment is well stocked with ample DVDs to suit all ages and crockery and utensils are generously provided and more than enough to cook meals. Gavin was very efficient in getting back to us within a few minutes it seemed and he answered all of our queries with good knowledge. We would love to return to Perth one day and would have no hesitation in contacting Gavin and Jo if the apartment was still available. Thanks, Tommy, Angie and Eva Strode

Ideal for our little family of 4 (4 months & 2 years) - toys for the toddler & a portacot for the infant. Quick 5 minute stroll from the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre - ideal for me attending a conference during the weekdays. Unit clean, tidy, exactly as described & Gavin & Jo were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic accommidation, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The extras such as shampoo and conditioner, laundry powder & complimentary basket of food items were very much appreciated. Our girls loved the toy cupboard too!
