My listing describes my very unique and individualist property. Of course not all guests will be a perfect fit. But 99.9% of those who stay are very happy with the condo and it’s situation in Scottsdale and by the bike path. I strive to help all my guests to enjoy what I offer and will always spend time with guests, helping them work out the tv, washing facilities and anything else they need….guests just need to ask.
To respond to Wayne’s (minor) points:
My listing does clearly show that there is no cable tv. Had Wayne asked, I would have been more than happy to go through all of the tv channels with him during my hour and a half long visit with him.
There was one kitchen cupboard door which did not close properly, as the magnet had become unstuck. But that is now fixed. There are cutting boards, specifically for using on the countertop.
The bathroom is newly upgraded, so I don’t know what Wayne meant by his comments on that. The bedroom does have two lamps which I am about to replace because they are a bit older. Other than that, please see the photos for yourself, to judge the furniture.
I like sitting in the living room furniture.
Most guests do not want to routine clean. But, if Wayne had asked during our numerous communications, I would have provided him with a vacuum cleaner.
The broom was beside the fridge, as I explained to Wayne when he asked. He could still not find it, so I went around and showed it to him.
As for the cost…please note that my condo is currently renting for $20 less than the cost of a Motel 6 room here. This is high season. I strive to always give my guests good value and use the Airbnb “price tips” before I set a price. My condo is extremely good value.
For those that are looking for a very traditional tourist experience, a hotel suite might be more suited to their needs. But I enjoy being part of the Airbnb experience, I enjoy my guests and I will keep providing the best value for money that I can.
