A cozy one bedroom apartment (64 square metered) with open spaces of white-grey stylish colors and minimal design choices,
renovated in 2018, with a WC, lounge area, a kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet area at the suburb of Zante town, between Argasi and Kalamaki, within walking distance from all major sights of Zante town (1/2 a mile away from the town' s centre). Easy access to the island's road system. You can easily drive to all of the island's sights and beaches.

The space
The flat has a bedroom with a double bed(queen size) and A/C. The mattress of bed is really comfort with 300 layer springs for a truly restful sleep, a major reason to choose the apartment. In the living room there is a sofa which can be converted in a very comfortable double bed(150cmx195cm) and a FULL HD T.V.. In the bathroom you can relax with the hydromassage shower panel, all the amenities, such as, shampoos, shower gel, soaps, towels and a hair-drier are also provided. The house is equipped with solar collectors, so hot water will be provided 24h/7d. Furthermore you can use the washing machine, the electric iron and the ironing board. In the kitchen area, you can use the large fridge, you can prepare breakfast and other meals, as you can find all electrical appliances and utensils, such as, cooker with hotplates, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle e.t.c .
Outside of the yard, beside the building safe parking area is provided 24h/7d.

Dionysi's house is only 6 minutes away (4km) from Zakynthos Airport (Dionysios Solomos ZTH) by the car and 2 minutes away (850m) from the port of Zakynthos.
