Guests are welcome to enjoy the hole property, except for the garages which are not included in rental. Plenty of parking spaces within the premises -one at reception level, several at lower level-.

A perfect destination for those of you who wish to take advantage of the winter sunshine, and be spoilt for choice between some of the 30 - 40 top class golf courses on this stretch of the coast - also known as the Costa del Golf.
The beautiful ski resort of Sierra Nevada is only a 2hour drive away - ski one day and sunbathe the next!
Mijas Costa is ideally located on the the Costa del Sol the aptly named sunshine coast. Set between Fuengirola and Marbella and just a 20minute drive along the coast from Malagas international airport. Miles of sandy beaches and clear blue seas, with all the necessary amenities close to hand. Shops bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The perfect location for all age groups.
This is the ideal base from which to explore the area both locally and further afield. Whilst there are good local transport facilities, we would recommend that you hire a car for at least part of the time to see what the area has to offer and to make the most of your holiday. Key places of artistic and cultural significance, including the historic cities of Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Sevilla, Jerez and Cadiz, are all within a 2-3 hour drive. Gibraltar is little more than an hour away. Beatifull Mijas Pueblo also deserves a visit, at 15 min drive.
Just 120 metres walk to the nearest beach, within 10 minutes walk of local beach restaurants serving local cuisine and seafood dishes and just a 25 minute walk into La Cala - a local fishing village nestling in a bay with pretty sandy beaches, shops, bars and a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. A perfect holiday villa choice for families and groups of all ages.
Taxi service only take a few minutes to arrive, they speak English.
Local buses run to Marbella and Fuengirola, bus stop 250 meters.
Local trains run from Fuengirola to Malaga Airport and Malaga city centre.

Due to new local rules, guests must be registered, on arrival. We need guests to provide copies of ID, full names, nacionality and adress data of the hole party, on time of booking.
CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 P.M. and BEFORE 8 P.M.
CHECKOUT is at 10 A.M. NO Early Check-in or late check-out.
This is a NON SMOKING property. Plenty of ashtrays outdoors.
PETS are not permitted under any circumstances.
BAIL: 500€ . It wil not be claimed when:
No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to illegal or unauthorized activities.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
All keys are returned to owner´s representative.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure -including electricity excess consumption, if the case-.
No linens are lost or damaged.
NO early arrival or late departure.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to 9 (nine) persons. Ninth guest on request, with an extra charge of 120€/week(URL HIDDEN)
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a seven (7) night minimum stay.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & bath towel setup per week.
An allowance of 100Kw/week of electricity is included. Excess payable by the meter. Meter will be read at begining and end of the rental period.
POOL AND GARDEN MAINTENANCE: Twice a week in Summer, gardners are bound to work necessarely in the property.
NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, maid service is not included in the rental rate.
Cleaning during your stay may be arranged if desired, at an extra fee.
We suggest you bring beach towels.
We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING – Several parking places within the property.
WATER AND SEPTIC – The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred and fifty euros (250 €)
