It is within 6 minutes walk from the sea, promenade and pier; 3 mins to town centre with its many cafes, bars and cinema; and Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club. The train station is 5 minutes walk with trains every hour to Lytham or South Shore, Blackpool.

The apartment is most suited to couples/singles for weekend or midweek breaks. Free on road parking outside the property is available. The apartment is non-smoking.

The apartment has recently been updated throughout. The open plan living area has a huge really comfortable corner sofa, a well stocked kitchen with ample pans, crockery, dishes etc., breakfast bar with two stools and a large dining table in the bay window.

We are very pleased to welcome guests to stay at our holiday apartment in beautiful Lytham St Anne's. We hope you will agree that the location is ideal for beach, sea, bars, cafes, restaurants and lake.

We currently live in Liverpool as work in the city. We love escaping back to the coast whenever we can though for down time, fresh air, long walks and bike rides along the promenade to Lytham.

We have many friends locally who are able to help out should you need anything but will leave you lots of information about things to do and see in the local area. We will also provide a breakfast basket with yummy goodies, coffee, tea and juice. There is also dressing gown, slippers and toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
