The space
Welcome to your modern and spacious apartment in one of San José’s safest and most desirable neighborhoods. Flooded with natural light from large windows, the airy, open-plan living space features high ceilings and views of the city and surrounding greenery. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

The living room includes a comfortable couch and cable TV, while the fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, appliances, and a breakfast bar. A separate laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and ironing essentials for your convenience.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps up to five guests:
Main Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed, A/C for your comfort, a closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
Second Bedroom: Contains a sturdy bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin-size on top, plus a closet.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment. You are also welcome to enjoy the building's shared amenities:

Fully Equipped Gym: Available by reservation with the building guard from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (closed on weekends).
Hot tub: Also available by reservation with the building guard.
Children's Playground: The playground and adjacent green area are always open for your little ones to enjoy.
Covered Parking: One dedicated parking space is available. Please note it is a narrow space that utilizes a car lift. For larger vehicles, we recommend using the ample street parking available in front of the building.

For your convenience, there are separate pedestrian and vehicle entrances. The 24/7 doorman will grant you access on your first day, and you will find a key inside the apartment for your use during the rest of your stay. The entrance to the apt is with a keypad.

Other things to note
Air Conditioning: To ensure a comfortable night's sleep, A/C is available exclusively in the main bedroom.

Tropical Climate: Costa Rica's beautiful climate means you may occasionally see small ants or mosquitoes. This is a normal part of tropical life and does not reflect the cleanliness of the apartment. We do our best to keep them under control, but refunds will not be issued for the presence of insects.

Utility Interruptions: On rare occasions, external factors may cause temporary interruptions to power, internet, or cable services. These situations are beyond our control, and refunds cannot be provided.

The parking space is narrow and uses a car lift for two cars. If your vehicle is large, it’s easier to park on the street in front of the building. You must pay for street parking.

Rohrmoser is a secure and pleasant neighborhood right in the heart of San Jose. You can walk to the supermarket, restaurants, banks, and shops. It is also a great place if you need to drive anywhere in the city. The area is a very quiet one, with lots of green. There are two parks, each is one block away from the building. The biggest park in San Jose, La Sabana, is about four blocks away. These are great for exercise or just walking around. The National Stadium is also four blocks away.
