This review for Dee Selby who stayed in my unit from May 2nd-11th, 2018 was difficult due to his daily communication requesting things that were beyond my control as a Host such as construction working hours to which he objected. The front beach house is under renovation and all construction work is stopped when the studio is occupied. Our beach area is 20 meters by 20 meters and is not privatized and can be used by anyone anytime. Studio location is clearly shown on the pictures, close to private parking area and garden. On April 25th, 2018 response from the host clearly states" access to the beach is through the garden right next to the front house approximately 100 feet or so.....". The studio has many upgrades not available in other comparable units and had many wonderful positive reviews on all amenities offered at such reasonable price. My previous or so reviews are all positive with a 4.5 star rating. I try to please and make my guests feel at home at my place since I live there as well. The following is from his text messages, " DEE WOULD GIVE A POSITIVE REVIEW IF I REFUND HALF OF OUR RENTAL MINUS AIRBNB FEES, CLEANING, AND TAX, THAT WOULD COME TO $250.00." I DECLINED THE OFFER , I DON'T BUY REVIEWS!
