I can offer a 2 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. Its a minute drive from town and situated in a unique neighbourhood that looks out for each other. The blocks are large so feels quite private.
Neutral colours and matching decor with the hope that I have designed a beach feel. Beach 10 min drive with a pleasant 10 - 15 minute walk to town, particularly while on the bridge.

There is wildlife to see at times and if you are lucky you may see a lorikeet, kookaburra or kangaroo!

The space
There are two bedrooms available. to choose from depending if you are a couple, 2 single friends, travelling solo or as a group booking:

The guests have a private entrance and a lockable privacy door from the hallway that leads to the first guest lounge room.

Free wifi throughout the entire house. There is an outside deck as well as a seating area with a fire pit in the yard. Currently fire ban.
Towards the back of the house is a large area of bush largely native and untouched.

I am about 10 minutes walk away from town. It is a comfortable walk that requires you to walk over the main bridge which I am known to do most days.
Beaches are 10 minutes drive

Extremely friendly and helpful.
It is a quiet neighbourhood that cares. The property does back on to the highway, after my Bush backyard ends, but it is quite a large block.

I would say I am an energetic, extremely loyal, quiet but excitable person if motivated or talking about something I am passionate about and love. I love being healthy and like to inspire others.
I live in a beautiful place that is surrounded by coastal wildlife, beaches and small towns. Batemans Bay is majestic and at times sleepy. Holiday seasons become exciting and busy with much to do and see, such as snorkeling, diving, swimming, watching wildlife, shopping or just siting by the bay having a coffee.

I have traveled a lot in my life and plan to do more over the next coming years. I enjoy meeting other travelers and feel that AirBnB could be an interesting new challenge and adventure!!
