The space
The space

The Annexe in a quiet rural location near Stansted Airport, wedding venues and local attractions. It has 2 bedrooms with the main bedroom having a double bed and the 2nd bedroom having 2 single beds. In the living area there is a double sofa bed and a corner sofa suite, table and chairs and a 40' TV. The living room and main bedroom, have views of the peaceful garden which you have access to. The courtyard has a seating area which you can sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee or something stronger.

There is shower room with toilet and wash basin and we provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

In the Kitchen you will have access to Kettle, Toaster, Ninja dual Zone Air Fryer, Microwave, single electric hob ring, George Foreman Grill and Washing Machine. We provide a basic breakfast - tea, coffee, cereal, fresh milk, orange juice and spreads.

Guest access
The building is separate from the house so you can come and go as you like. You are able to use the garden directly behind the Annexe. You can check in from 3pm and check out by 11am.

Other things to note
Airport Transfer - We can drop off and pick up from the airport but you must pre-arrange this with us to confirm availability.

You are able to leave your car if you are flying away on your holidays for an extra charge. Please note that your vehicle is left at your own risk, however we are a family home and have Ring cameras at the property. Please ask for more details.

All children are welcome but they must be supervised at all times in the property and in the garden. There are no child locks on the cupboard doors and in the winter months, if the water levels rise, there will be a pond in the garden.

I am able to provide a travel cot for ages birth to 2 years or max 15kg. Please request for this before arrival. I will provide a cot sheet and a light blanket, any other required bedding must be provided by you.
