The space
This home is located on the beautiful Niagra Escarpment (Bluff) which overlooks the Bay of Green Bay and is a short distance from the heart of Egg Harbor. Although we are are not right on the water, we have an awesome view of the water from the bluff ( we think the view is quite amazing!) ALL 4 bedrooms overlook the water! At night you can see the distant city lights of Marinette across the bay. For dinner........pick a restaurant from our list of recommended restaurants, use the NEW Weber outdoor grill or make a nice dinner in our gourmet kitchen and enjoy watching the sunset over the Bay! After a full day of biking, hiking, kayaking, shopping etc, enjoy smores in the evening by the outside fire pit which is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset over the water! We also have an indoor fireplace which is perfect for the cooler fall nights! This home has a walkout lower level that has a bar/ kitchenette area in addition to the FULL kitchen upstairs. The bar kitchenette in the lower level has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and small counter with 2 barstools.(No oven or cooktop in lower level)

Enter the front door this open concept home and you will have your breath taken away with the panoramic view of the Bay! First level has open concept kitchen and great room with a large granite island that seats 4-6 people, the dining room table seats an additional 6 people. ALL windows across the great room, to enjoy the water view. Gourmet kitchen complete with double ovens, microwave , crockpot and all the pots,pans, coffee maker , Keurig, toaster, and kitchen utensils you will need. Master bedroom has a beautiful large window overlooking the bay, with an Onsuite Bathroom with granite counter, tiled shower, his and hers sinks, and walk in closet. Guest bedroom on first level also has a beautiful large window overlooking the bay. Second Bathroom with bathtub, shower and quartz counter top , Laundry room also on first level. Enjoy a cocktail on the deck off the kitchen while watching the gorgeous sunsets over the bay. Lower Walkout level has 2 bedrooms that also overlook the water and one has a walk in closet. Third spacious bathroom with quartz counter top and roomy shower . Bar/ kitchenette area in lower walkout level with 2 barstools, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, and family room with 2 sofas ( one is a sleeper sofa), a chair, TV and foosball table. Quality Linens and towels provided. All mattresses are high quality because we know it matters to our guests and we want you to enjoy your stay! (Starter supply of soap and toilet paper included ) Washer and dryer available for your use. We have an outdoor ping pong table and cornhole game... if it rains, we have board games/ cards/and dice games. This beautiful home is family owned and well maintained, and we greatly appreciate guests who are respectful of the property. We DO NOT allow parties of any kind (NO wedding groups or rehearsal dinner parties, NO large Family reunions, NO bachelor/ bachelorette parties, etc) Our home sleeps 10 people.
( 4 bedrooms and a pull out sleeper in the lower level great room.) Absolutely No Pets! NO smoking inside or outside .No fireworks. We do send a contract out stating that you understand and will abide by these rules. ( Because we LOVE our neighbors and do not want to be disrespectful). June through August we require a 7 night Stay (Saturday to Saturday) 4 night minimum at all other times.( check in on the day of your choice) Your satisfaction is a high priority and we clean our home the way we would want it done if we were renting it. Other things to note
Our home is on a bluff , most of it is walkable, but for your safety, we recommend that small children be supervised.
June -August we only do weekly rentals. 7 night minimum. (Check in and out on Saturday) April, May, Sept. and October we require a 4 night minimum. After you book this property, we send out a contract to you that covers our No smoking, No pets, No parties, No fireworks policy. We ask that you sign it to acknowledge these policies and return to us.
