Guest access
You will probably arrive via the Raposo Tavares Highway – access to Av. São Camilo at the Km 22.8 interchange.
The two nearest subway stations are Butantã and Morumbi (yellow line), which are at Km 12 of Raposo, so it is best to come by car, taxi or Uber.
In front of the building, there is an intercity bus line.
And there are plenty of transportation options by apps that serve the region.
Upon arrival at New Studio, stop at one of the visitor spots in front of the building, identify yourself at the concierge, who will already have the information previously provided to us (name(s), RG, CPF, cell phone number of all guests (and vehicle data, model, color and license plate if using the garage). Immediately after identification, everyone's biometrics will be registered to access the gym, swimming pool and entrance gates.
In the garage, you can park in any space that is not marked as private and do not lock another vehicle.
To access the Studio, you will be given a password to pick up the key that is inside the box on the apartment door.
All guests will be able to freely use the swimming pool, fitness center and laundry (pay-per-use through the Omo app)!!!!
The building's common areas, the gym and swimming pool are fully available for guest use.
