Great location
90% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
With stunning, far reaching views over the hills and valleys of this special corner of the Peak District, Stoneswood Cottage combines a modernised interior with the charming character of a typical 18th century Yorkshire home. In additional it boasts a recently (2021) renovated outdoor area with full BBQ and outdoor dining facilities.

The space
The cottage features two double bedrooms (both with king sized double beds), Kitchen diner and spacious oak beamed sitting room with log fire. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower and the cottage benefits from parking right outside the front door.

The Back Garden has just (2021) benefited from a total rebuild and boasts 2 x terraces with outdoor furniture, 2 x tables and a large BBQ with all the essentials (Grill cleaner, BBQ gloves etc). The garden is South facing and is an absolute sun trap all day long.

Amenities include high speed Broadband, Digital TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a kitchen fully stocked with all the crockery, pots and pans and cooking utensils you'll ever need.

The property is in an ideal location. An idyllic rural setting with the added convenience of being only a few minutes walk from the village's restaurants, pubs and shops.

If you'd like to take a dog then please get in touch as this can be discussed on a case by case basis.
