Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The view of the sunsets over the lake is unforgettable from this 1928, 2 br condo. Whether here for a game, to see friends or to explore - you'll love it here. Guests enjoy a private entrance, ample parking, fresh linens, good coffee, a park and paths. It is walkable to cafés, bakeries and a brewery. The airport, stadiums, MOA, Minnehaha Falls are close. There is a shared, small patio in back. There is some street noise during busier times of the day, but quiet at night.

The space
Facing a park with trails, this Airbnb is special. A few contemporary touches contrast the charming wood floors. One bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress. The other bedroom has 1 twin bed with a twin and access to the patio. New pack n play for the young ones.

Guest access
Park in front on the street. It can be busy so look both ways! Look for the yellow door facing the lake. Type in a code on the key pad entrance. Guests have full access to the entire private 1st floor condo. The new 6 foot wood fence provides beauty and security.

Other things to note
This is my home that I Airbb only on occasion. I have security cameras facing my driveway and camper which I disable when guests are here.

Neighbourhood highlights

A popular neighborhood for good reason. Minnehaha Falls is stunning in all seasons, just 2 miles away along the Minnehaha Creek paths. And of course, Lake Hiawatha Park is just across the street with Lake Nokomis a few blocks away. Amazing views, under 10 minutes from all the popular spots yet quaint and safe. Cafés, breweries, bike shops and beauty all in walking distance.

The nature makes this place exceptional, especially for cyclists, runners, walkers or swimmers. Water is everywhere! Step on the path and walk an continuous path along lakes, creeks, waterfalls and the Mississippi River.

Summertime brings outdoor music in the many parks.

The restaurant by Nokomis Beach has a simple menu. There you can see a snapshot of Minneapolis culture - families picnicking, canoeing and kayaking or enjoying the beach.
