We are sorry to hear this from you. The apartment is located in a larger property where there are another three unfishished apartments, but which are separated (there are in different levels) and have nothing to do with the apartment that you booked. It also goes without questions that no construction works are going on during the stay of our guests. When we first showed you the apartment you seemed pleased. As with all our guests, we asked you if you needed anything, but you said “everything was perfect”.
As with all our guests, we provided you with our welcome pack of fruits and drinks and we also treated you at the nearby restaurant on the first day. The apartment is located away from the big city lights, right above the sea, pretty private and isolated in order for the guest to enjoy the calm and natural environment. However the mini market, which is close by, has everything you need to cook, plus there are plenty of restaurants just 5 minutes away, by car or 10 to 15-minute-walk. Maybe you were looking for something very specific? Even so, you could have called us at any time to let us assist you.
Unfortunately you only called us, the next day and only after you have left the apartment without any notice (you practically ran away). You asked for a full refund in order not to write a review, which however was not possible since you left against the AirBNB rules, without notice and without justifiable reasons. Nevertheless we refunded more than 50% of your booking, and here you are writing this review.
We are always happy to be there for our guests and provide everything they might need or solve any issue they might encounter. You just needed to communicate with us and just ask of what you needed. Our main and only concern is for our guests to be satisfied, and that is the reason why, even though you had no actual reason to leave the apartment, we still gave you a refund.
