This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
If you`re passionate of magic and Harry Potter stories, this is the perfect location for your city break in York.
We`re located at only 15 minutes walking distance from University and few minutes walk from the bus station that connects with the city centre, train station and shopping centres.
If you like long walks, in only 25 minutes you`ll be in the city centre as well.
There is FREE parking on street always! You don`t have to share any space because the room is completely independent!
The space
There is a private entrance through the garden that gives you access to the Mansion where you have a bedroom with one double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and mini-kitchen.
Inside the garden there is a wooden gate that connects with my back garden. Sometime we cross the garden with the bycicles or on Tuesday evening when we need to move the bins on street.
In the room there is a brown door which is connected to my kitchen in the main house. The door is always locked and nobody will open it during your stay. You may hear some noise during school rush in the morning from 7.45am till 8.15am.
Guest access
The Mansion has a garden with a smoking area. A mini kitchen is at your disposal with basin, fridge that you may turn on in case you need it and microwave.
Other things to note
There are a kettle for tea/ coffee, instant coffee, sugar and tea bags.
If you need the fridge, you must turn it on (inside the fridge there is a white weel which needs to be put on the right position in order to start the fridge).
