Great small space in Amsterdam. Excellent location. Very clean and a perfect place for people who will not use their room a lot. Overall, was a great stay Rene was extremely accomodating and welcoming!

Deirdre and René were super helpful and excellent hosts. The flat is lovely, exactly as described. The location is great, close enough to all the sights yet not in too touristy an area. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay in Amsterdam! The apartment is small but very nice and well balanced. It is perfectly located, close to everything either walking or by tram. Neighbourhood is quiet, neighbours are quiet as well. The bed is comfortable although a little small in my opinion (1,30*2,10). The heating was little weak but nothing you can't survive. Bathroom is brand new, shower is great, toilets new and clean. Note that there is no sink in the bathroom but it was really not a problem for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you plan on visiting Amsterdam either alone or with your partner.

The studio was perfect for my stay in Amsterdam. Centrally located and really easy to get around the city (with trams an d bike hire located near by) Checking in and out was made easy by Rene who met me at the agreed time, showed me around the flat and made me feel totally at ease with everything. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

Great location and rates! We stayed there 4 nights and could easily stay a week. Really close to the centre, clean, safe, quiet and has everything you need. It's right on a canal with nice restaurant/bar spot on the corner - decent beers. There are tram stops, a big supermarket and bike rentals all within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.

The New Canal Studio is located in a lively part of the outskirts of Amsterdam. There are shops, bars and restaurants within a few yards. A cycle hire shop is within a 100 metres and charged 10 euros per day. The supermarket Albert Heijn is also a minute walk and we found it well stocked and priced. We walked to Anne Frank’s house in about 20 minutes. It’s easy to get around with the number 13 tram into Centraal right outside.   The studio is located at the top of a typical canal house and beware, the stairs are steep, not for the faint hearted or elderly and infirm. It is small but has all you need. Most of the time you will be out sightseeing in this wonderful city. Essentially it’s just one room and a separate shower/WC but there is a sort of ante room where you can leave your luggage to save on space. The room contains a table and two chairs with a TV that has a variety of channels (lots in English). The kitchen area is well equipped for two people with microwave and fridge but would benefit from a toaster.   The hosts are really friendly and helpful and always at the end of the phone if you need help. I would definitely stay here again. Snug and cute.
