The Sea Shack a cozy cottage located across street from beach. GREAT PARKING. Cottage is perfect vacation spot for up to 6. The Sea Shack is highly rated, especially among families with small kids for easy beach access/fenced backyard! Cottage provides PERFECT destination for families/couples.Access to island greenway for walking/biking. Within walking distance to Tiki Bar NOTE: PETS NOT ALLOWED AT COTTAGE. MIN AGE FOR BOOKING 25 (must be present for stay). All guests must have prior approval.

The space
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with full bathroom. The other 2 guest bedrooms are fit with a King bed and 2 Twin beds. The living space has a flat screen Smart TV for accessing your subscription services. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to conveniently cook food right at the home. The dining room table is excellent for gathering with family and friends during meals. There is a front porch and fenced backyard with outdoor shower, BBQ and plenty of sitting to enjoy the summer nights.

All sheets, pillow cases, comforters, etc., 12 bath towels are supplied (inside use only). As well as 4 beach chairs. The beds are already made. There is no need for linen service. Available in the house is laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags,and basic kitchen spices.
