The space
ACCOMMODATION
Superb flat full of character, subtly decorated and very bright. Its parquet flooring and beautiful Bordeaux stone will make you immediately feel the soul of the city.
Equipped with everything you need and featuring quality bedding, this flat will be the perfect pied-à-terre for your Bordeaux getaway, whether for one night, a weekend or more!
The flat is close to the famous Place des Quinconces and Place de la Bourse, and is located two blocks from the Grand Théâtre, the beginning of Sainte-Catherine Street and the Golden Triangle.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €500 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EQUIPMENT
A tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board, iron and drying rack are available for self-service in a room in the common areas.
A cot can be provided at a cost of €15 per night and €30 with a high chair.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
One of our concierges will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details and prices will be available in the flat, and you can also ask your concierge for more information.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus line 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop, then take bus line 3 from the Gambetta Mériadeck stop to the Quinconces stop and walk for 3 minutes.
From the Gare St Jean :
Take tramway line C or D from the Gare St Jean stop to the Place de la Bourse stop and walk for 4 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public car park "Bourse - Jean Jaurès" is located 500 metres from the flat.
The price for parking is 22€ for 24 hours.
